It’s essential to check your local and state laws before placing an order, as certain items may be restricted or prohibited in your area.

2. CHANGING, MODIFYING, SUBSTITUTING ORDERS:

We understand that errors can occur.

If you need to modify an existing order, please note that we do not make changes directly due to security reasons.

Instead, the order will be canceled if if the item has not shipped yet, and you will be refunded the full amount.

You can then replace the order on the website. Please be aware that transaction lead times will restart at this point.

3. RETURNS, CANCELED ORDERS, AND ORDER FULFILLMENT:

All sales are final (With exceptions)

Orders are typically shipped within 3 – 10 business days (once documentation is processed) from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory using reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.                                           

We take pride in making sure you receive your products quickly, but please remember that Amazon prime speeds are not possible.

Holidays and weekends will slow order fulfillment times depending on suppliers holiday schedules. 

4. ORDER ISSUES, DAMAGED PACKAGES.

You have 10 days after delivery date to inspect your items.

if there is any damage from shipment Contact us immediately! 

After 10 days, damage claims are forfeited.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Sales@knivesexpress.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
