At Knives Express, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a qualified competitor, we’ll match it! Here are the details of our Price Match Guarantee:

  1. Eligibility Criteria:

    • The product must be identical to the one we offer. This includes the brand, model number, and color.
    • It must be a new product.
    • The competitor’s offer must be immediately available.
    • Our exclusions list includes items sold on eBay, Amazon, and other third party and auction websites.

  2. How to Request a Price Match:

    • While browsing our website, if you find a qualifying product at a lower price elsewhere, simply submit a link or screenshot of the competitor’s lower price through our contact form on the website.
    • Be prepared to direct us to the ad or website displaying the current lower price.

  3. Special Considerations:

    • We match prices at the time of sale for these Qualified Competitors.
    • If we lower our price during the return and exchange period, we’ll match the lower price upon request.
    • Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excluding clearance, refurbished, and used items).
    • Each customer can request one price match per identical item at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Prices from retailers not listed as a Qualified Competitor.
    • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on a Qualified Competitor website.
    • Pricing available only to select groups (e.g., Membership Program members, loyalty offers, government exchange store offers).
