Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is available at the shop location shown if you select "pick up" at checkout. Keep in mind that all orders do ship for free.
Do you have a storefront?
We currently do not have a storefront, but do plan to have one in the future.
How soon will my order ship?
All orders ship the day they are ordered unless the order is placed past 9pm eastern time. In this case, it will ship the next morning.
Why are so many items out of stock?
In order to offer our guaranteed lowest prices, accompanied by free express shipping, we can only stock limited quantities of most items. Low quantities, accompanied by high demand, means most of our items sell out pretty quickly. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter at the bottom of the home page so that you are notified when new items are added, or sold out items are restocked.
What is your return policy and how do I start a return?
We have a 30 day return policy. The full details and instructions can be found here. To start a return, simply visit your account page and select "request return" under the order you wish to return. You can also contact us to initiate a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Prior to placing an order, you must read our terms of service and familiarize yourself with the laws in your area.
